I’ve noticed that when I come to pick up bakery items, many of them are already prepared and visible on the shelves, but they are not yet available at the customer pick-up area. When I ask staff (politely) how long it might take for the items to be made available, I’m sometimes told “about 10 minutes,” but the response can come across as a bit dismissive or unfriendly. I completely understand that there may be a process or policy for when bakery items can be placed out for customers. If that’s the case, I would really appreciate some clarification so I know what to expect when shopping early. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate all the work your team does.
