  Why not consider closing this location temporarily or doing a full rehire? The service here has consistently been poor, and many employees seem unmotivated and unwilling to help customers. The deli, in particular, always takes an extremely long time. There is usually only one person working, and they often appear frustrated, which comes across as having an attitude toward customers. This happens almost every time I visit. The pickup service is also very disappointing. When I use pickup, the staff often seem unprepared or unsure of what they’re doing, which makes the experience frustrating. It feels like customer service is no longer a priority at this location. I don’t know if the issue is understaffing, poor management, or lack of training, but something needs to change. Customers deserve better service and a more positive experience.

  There's Never anyone available to open locked products. I always have to wait too long.

  I had a large deli platters order ($350) which included pretzel sandwiches, pinwheel, fruit trays and vegetable tray. I ordered a week early and paid. When I arrived 15 minutes early to pick up the order they had not yet begun making the sandwiches and pinwheel. Plus, upon arriving home, we discovered that the pretzel sandwich platters did NOT have the condiments as shown in the pictures. Very disappointed!
