We got to the store and the cashier was very rude, he said this coupon doesn't work, I said okay we're here after calling your customer service they said you'd honor it. He's like no, nothing I can (want) to do. So we just left. There's a pizza hut one block away so if papa jonhs doesn't want our money, pizza hut will take it. We're loyal customers but we're also very radical when deciding not to give our business to a store. This pizza brand is forever out of our list. Never again papa j. Never again. Don't give coupons if you're going to try to use 'em as bait.
