Then a bunch of people start coming in, didnt see my name up on the board and they gave me a completely different name on my receipt. I got an order 25 mins after waiting and wasn't even mine. I gave it back and was already frustrated, I got my order finally and didnt even eat it fully and girl didnt even apologize for her mistakes. Never coming here again even if Im hungry.

They constantly forget the ranch — extra ranch that we pay for. I give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it’s in the bag, but nope. No ranch. Wings without ranch is ridiculous. On top of that, the fries were cold and the wings weren’t even hot. For how much this place charges, that’s unacceptable. What really stood out was how poorly staffed the restaurant is. The cashier was taking orders and cleaning tables at the same time. That’s not fair to the employee, and it clearly affects service and food quality. If the owner actually cares about this location, they need a real manager supervising and proper staffing. Stop cutting corners. Customers are paying too much for this level of service. I wanted to like this place, but after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be coming back.
