I haven’t been to this location in a while because of the rude customer service. I gave them a try recently because I was in a rush and I was helped out by Elba she was so sweet and patient and changed my experience completely. Will go back again just for her!

Nidia realmente me hizo el día. Fue súper amable y me ayudó a encontrar todo lo que necesitaba sin ningún problema. Fue muy atenta y se aseguró de que tuviera una excelente experiencia en Superior Grocers. Definitivamente regresaré. ¡Necesitamos más empleados como Nidia!

The quality of the tamales have gone through the floor. There's like one sliver of meat and a pound of masa. Overall the grocery store is cool. I love their cut fruit. It is one of the only places that sell yellow and orange watermelon.

Customer Service is not your strong point, nor the freshness of meat. I went straight home to cook the chicken that I had purchased from the counter. It smelled horribly, I felt insulted because there is no way your employee didn't smell that as he grabbed, weighed and packaged it and still sold it to me to possibly sicken my family.

I usually have good experiences here but today was so bad. I went to pay my groceries and the cashier Amber T. told me the total. I counted out my money exactly and used the tiny table to count out my money. I finished counting out the money and was waiting for the cashier to take the money but she just stood there. She stood there staring at me while everyone was waiting in line was watching. I didn't know what she wanted. She never expressed what she wanted or talked at all. I assumed she wanted me to hand her the money so I did that. She replied with the biggest attitude saying "Thank you. Did you see i was standing there?" And i didnt know what to say so I said "yes?". The whole interaction left me confused and embaressed because I have no idea what I did to upset her. Maybe she was having a bad day but that was no excuse to take it out on me. Do better Superior.
