  I’m leaving this review because of the customer service experience during a recent takeout order. My mother placed a $57 order, and I went to pick it up for our family. The woman working the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. When I asked simple questions, she responded with a cold stare and an unwelcoming attitude. When I accidentally forgot to grab the wings from the order, she said, “You’re not gonna grab the wings?” in a very condescending tone instead of politely pointing it out. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. The food itself was fine, but customer service matters.

  Awesome glad I found this place! The employees went out if their way to help me get the best deal wihile staying within my budget. :)

  I went to Pizza Hut anticipating two delicious pizzas, chicken wings, and bread sticks. The crispy thin pizza was over cooked and dry. No pulley cheese .The bread sticks were over cooked and hard. The chicken wings were under cooked . The skin was rubbery. I called and made a complaint because this is unacceptable. They ruined my Friday night!

  The issue at this location is the communication barrier. I ordered the special, $9.99 three topping pizza and mozzarella sticks. Not only was I overcharged for the pizza, at first, I get home to discover breadsticks where there should have been mozzarella sticks. The intercom’s do not work! They can’t hear us and we can’t hear them!! everyone in the store had the same problem with being misunderstood.

  We tried to buy a simple cheese pizza, and the employee told us we’d have to wait 25 minutes — even though there wasn’t a single customer in the place, only Uber Eats drivers picking up orders. I honestly don’t understand why they even keep the store open to the public if they’re only focused on delivery orders.
