  Manager at drive through window today 1/11/25 at 2pm name Nicolas was very rude and unprofessional as we pulled up to the drive through we gave him our app code he got mad and told next time give it at the window I they never asked that before he said if we dont like it he will cancel our order then he tells my husband lets take it outside she wanted to fight unbelievable this is a brand new mcdonald's and the way we were treated and spoken to was so bad im in management customers should be always treated with respect. He end up canceling our order without giving us our money we had to go inside and tell his manager. Please be careful of Nicolas he is violent and he shouldn't be working at mcdonald's where alot of families go and there kids.

  If I could give zero stars I would but of course it’s McDonald’s. You get what you pay for. Spent $30 for 2 apple pies, a Big Mac bundle, a hot n spicy mc chicken, a 4 piece nugget happy meal & a medium coke. Arrived home to find out we were never given our sauces for the bundle nor happy meal. Had asked for apple slices for the happy meal and was given extra fries instead. And once I opened up my 10 piece nuggets I found one that looked like it was dropped to the floor, scraped, and then put back into the box with the other nuggets.

  Putting a curbside set there for twenty 52 thirty minutes had to go inside to grab my order.They weren't even paying attention to the curbside and the bad part was, they didn't even seem to care...

  Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Ordered through the mobile app and it took 28 minutes and multi requests to get 1 item (iced coffee). Sure enough they clicked "order ready for pickup" within seconds after ordering so corporate thinks they're hitting the time targets when in reality it's the by far slowest McD imaginable. The staff has no idea what they're doing, 20+ drinks and open boxes are sitting around at any given time, customers and pick up inside are getting completely ignored, pure chaos behind the counter while angry customers are piling up around the pick up area. The manager is very young and more funny friends with the staff than an actual manager of a fast food franchise. Another customer asked staff about his order from 45min ago and instead of taking care of the order they gave him a disrespectful "We're busy right now you have to wait your turn". I wish corporate would take the franchise license from the current owner and redo this location completely with a new system and especially entirely new staff.
