    I like this location. First time visiting and the food was hot and fresh. The service was smooth and fast in the drive thru. Caramel Frappe was on point.

    Raymond was very nice and helpful. He was a great manager, working very hard and the lady working the register mix my frosty in my ice cream together. They are the best and it was very clean and fast.

    Came in to find a dead body laying outside the front door. Then I ordered with the app, followed all the instructions about giving the table number…30 mins later I asked and the order was sitting on their shelf?? Don’t go here!!

    I've never encountered a manager with such a horrible attitude and lack of professionalism as Noreida Her behavior toward both customers and employees is completely unacceptable rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. This isn't the first time l've seen her act this way, and it's truly disappointing that someone like this is in a management position. Her behavior creates a toxic atmosphere for everyone. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I won't ever be coming back to this location again.
