I ordered a family meal the chicken tasted boiled not like the usual grilled chicken. The rudest cashier not taking his time and rushing me. His name was Ronaldo had cold expressions. Next u got a burrito for my sister not only did I get the wrong burrito my sister is allergic to avocado it was packed with it. I was so disappointed I had to eat the burrito and I went to buy my sister something else to eat. The tostadas lacked chicken I got the double tostada and it had barely any chicken the rice was cold and the crunchy tortilla tasted rancid and was burnt for some reason like the oil was burnt. Just tasted awful. I wouldn’t come back to this pollo loco not worth the money and not worth the time . And not worth having to deal with rude workers. Lack of respect. Be better
