    Well the food is good but, not the service. I went there and the cashier wasn't working good. Because I ordered food to go then she served my food to eat inside the restaurant. So I had to tell her that I wanted to go, then she said that I didn't order the food to go. But well even on the the reseipt said that it was to go. Then the cashier just put the bag on the table. And she didn't put my food inside the bag so I had to do it. Plus when I went there two of the cashiers,one cashier and another one, the one who took my order. They were arguing with a costumer. But well I don't think it's always like that. I think it just depend on the cashiers who were working at the time. 02-27-2026 hour : 10: 17 am

    I ordered online from this location through DoorDash for a corporate event. They messed up my order, not once but TWICE. When I called after they messed it up the second time I spoke to the manager, Rocio (if that is her real name). I tried to ask what was going on to try to figure out why my order was wrong a second time, to see if it was this locations fault or an error on DoorDash and I was met with a very disrespectful tone and attitude. I tried to see if there was anyone else I could speak to and I was denied any information. The manager escalated the situation and even cursed at me. I have never encountered such disrespect at an establishment and much less from a manager that should be trying to deescalate situations, not make them worse. I was never offered a solution or any help. The food was not for me personally so I cannot comment on the quality of the food but the experience was terrible. I would not recommend this location.

    This has by far been my worst experience. I was at the speaker and waited for so long to place my order when there was only one car in front of me. Then when I get to the window to pay I was told to back up my car. Why do I need to back up my car? no other pollo loco asks this of me. Then I asked the lady for my card back and instead she says loudly to her coworkers "oh my god this man won't back up." I respond my asking for my card back and to cancel the order. They then CLOSE THE WINDOW ON ME WITHOUT RETURNING MY CARD. This is absolutely not okay. Management needs to intervene.

    I went there on 1/16/2024 at 1 pm. There was a Hispanic lady with lots of makeup at the counter and she was super rude. Such an ignorant person.
