However, today I assume they hired a new manager named Jose, and he was rude. I asked for the bathroom code, but I couldn’t hear him. When I asked him to repeat it, he said it in a rude tone, just because he had to repeat himself. He did not demonstrate good customer service at all. Previously, they had a manager I believe her name was Genesis who had amazing customer service and was always polite. Be aware of Jose he was extremely rude.
