But a few not so good commensts about the kabobs. Personally, I was disappointed with the flavor of the meat, chicken and beef were dry and tough. The garlic and hot sauce were excellent and made the chicken and beef kabobs tastier. The Lamb Shawarwa though was excellent. The amount of of food was more than enough, very generous portion. The baklavas were a hit. Overall, the department was very happy with the food. Plenty of leftovers.
