  Pollo loco is getting worse in all aspects every week when I go to eat in or sometimes take out, I used to go 3 times a week, next review I'll add photos to compare

  The food here sucks. Dried beans and corn. Bland chicken overall terrible for the amount you spend go somewhere else.

  Had to give it one star cause I paid $16 for a combo meal and she gave me one of the wrong items somehow. I told the lady LOUD and CLEAR on the drive thru speaker that I wanted “one chicken avocado taco” and she still gave me the shredded chicken one. How do you mess up on that??? I mainly ordered the chipotle chicken quesadilla combo with the chips too and she didn’t even give me the chips. Idk how you could mess up on a order that simple. It’s not like I’m gonna check my bag to see if each one of my items is there. You guys have one job and it’s embarrassing…

  This location is not busy during early evening and food wasn't fresh. Very disappointed since other El Pollo Loco locations is usually awesome. Chicken in the double chicken bowl was dry and even worse had lots of bone chips. Chicken tortilla soup same thing. They also forgot the chips and guac we ordered. Side of beans and Mac n cheese was very good. Would not return to this location again.
