I placed a mobile order at 3:48 AM and drove right up behind 2 cars waiting at window. I was told at the window and just barely received notification at same time of 4:08 AM that the order had been canceled. It just does not make any sense that their system would accept an order if it was just going to be canceled almost 10 mins after 4:00 AM. I feel that the person in charge at the time purposely and manually canceled it. Its just ridiculous that they would provide a substandard service like that.
