Ordered two 10pc chicken nuggets and two large fries. They only gave me one oder of chicken nuggets. Very disappointed. Why can't they double check before giving out food on drive-thru.

This McDonalds is great, food is good, resturant is clean and inviting but they are way understaffed and the orders roll out very slow. Not the fault of whos working, just the employees need some extra hands on deck to meet the volume of orders coming in.

Ordered through the app. Waited 20 minutes then walked in. They told me their screen froze. Can't recommend an app that makes you wait forever than have to go in anyway.

This is just a vent. Because of no longer having pennies to give back to customers for change we were given back 2 less cents than we should have gotten. Because we paid cash. Ok so my thought is why aren't they taking the loss. They are a major corporation and I think can afford a few pennies. Just sayin.
