I dont know this woman and she shouldnt be giving this behavior to no customer especially when I was simply being nice and respectful.

If you're looking for a place with friendly service and good food, steer clear of this El Pollo Loco. There are plenty of other options out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of their food. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional !!
