When she gave me the total without specifying my order, I noticed the price was lower than usual, so I asked if she had added the guacamole I requested, and she added it after I told her for the fourth time. At the window, when I paid, I checked my receipt and noticed the soda I had ordered was not on it. I told the girl that she hadn’t charged me for the soda I asked for. I ordered it with no ice, paid for it, and she gave it to me with ice. Terrible service. I will not be returning to this location.

So very kind!!!! I was just so impressed with how hard she was working but still took the time to be so very gracious ;) Thank you so much El Pollo for hiring such kind, hardworking!! Will always come back here!!!!
