- ARAmanda Ruggirello3 days ago1.0This location frequently, and I mean almost every time I make an order there, will allow you to use the McDonald’s app and place orders, using your points or paying for items that they will then refuse to serve you at the store for one reason or another, which is one thing, but they will also refuse to refund your order or give you an item of equivalent value. That is fraudulent and illegal. You’re not allowed to take money from a customer and not provide them with the purchased product.
