    Tonight I stopped at this Chipotle location in Imperial Beach for a burrito for dinner. A place I haven't been to for at least the last couple of months. While waiting in line, I noticed there were ONLY two employees working behind the counter. One cooking and the other employee was BOTH preparing the food and working the cash register. While waiting in line, I noticed after the young woman prepared the food, touching the tortilla and using the utensils for making a burrito, she rung up the customer who was paying with cash. Giving the customer her change while wearing the "SAME GLOVES." As I watched her closely, instead of changing and throwing away the gloves after handling the money, she just walked over to the tortilla grill and started handling the next customer's food with the "SAME PAIR OF GLOVES." After I saw that, I just walked out. The manager of this location should go back to teaching the employees here "the basics of food handling and preparation." Then Chipotle "the corporatation" wonders why their sales are declining. This is definitely a great start as a corporation to look into instead of jumping to conclusions and just raising the prices again which they want to do. Hopefully management will read this review if they want any constructive criticism and "IMPROVE" their food handling protocols and customer experience.

    Just went here it's 6:30pm they close at 10pm, and they don't have any steak. I told the lady I'll wait she got attitude and was like well we're both going to make any. Okay, I walked out. Lol I guess yall didn't want my money or the people behind me.

    Don't order ahead and expect your food to be ready on time. Prepare for your food to not even be STARTED on arrival forcing you to sit at their un-clean tables waiting for your food.
