  I went and ordered as usual in other Macdonalds locations and ordered a simple Sunday, they refused to give me the service as in other places, I asked to talk to the manager and she only argued that in other Macdonalds they do offer the ice cream I ordered, but not in this one, they are simply bad without wanting to work, and without wanting to attend, other occasions they have sold me this ice cream but in this place it is the second time they do not sell it to me or they do it badly, I would not buy here again, I report to the manager with bad attitude was the one who was Attending on March 30, 2026, at the time between 4:30 and 5:30 pm, one who uses glasses is saved and small stature and seems to have some problem talking to customers, very bad attitude refused to attend me, not because they did not have ice cream they had it but they did not want to sell me I even offered to pay more but they refused. I publicly demand that Macdonalds take action on the matter because for workers like that, they lose b customers who are McDonalds fanatics.

  Muy mal servicio, poco amables y poca comunicación con los clientes. Larga cola y hasta que llegabas a pagar te explicaban que solo efectivo estaban aseptando.

  When you’re only taking cash and this includes the drive through, place a visible sign before entering the drive through lane. Don’t place it at the speaker keeping folks stuck in the damn drive through. This is a simple request that any competent person should recognize and pivot.

  Wednesday night march 19 @12 midnight in my order was just as disgusting as the person working the drive thru if he doesn’t like his job at McDonald he should find a better one. Never going to this McDonald’s again
