The manager, Ricardo (or something similar), repeatedly told me there was no order under my name. I showed him my phone with the confirmed order on the app, but he continued to refuse to give me my food and insisted the order did not exist. What made this experience unacceptable is that the moment my wife came to the counter and asked for the same order, he immediately handed it to her with no issue. The order clearly existed the entire time. There was no apology, no attempt to actually check the system properly. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and it should not take another person intervening for a customer to receive an order they already paid for. Very disappointing experience, especially with management involved. I will not be returning to this location.
