- SRSolange RoncerosFeb 22, 20261.0I spent around 9:30 at night and made an order through the app of 4 double cheeseburgers and the 7$ daily double cheeseburger and I only received 3 cheeseburgers when I went to tell them that I was missing one they began to disrespect me that I was lying to receive free food. They told me that an hour had passed since the order and that I needed the receipt, they didn't want to help me look for it in the app but the guy recognized me because I waited almost 20 minutes to receive my order and then when I went to make the claim I waited another half hour. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there wasn't one. I really wouldn't go back, I didn't enjoy my dinner. They should hire more professional and less stupid people.I’m really sad but mc Donald is my favorite place to cheeseburgers.

I ordered sauce and still had to ask for it after i checked my bag. I asked for another cup and was told they couldn’t give me another cup.
