Order a big .. but it was the worst big Mac in life bun was hard and over burned the meat was hard burned also.. this was drive thru they know u ain't going back once u r at work.. @ 3:00pm 11/21/25.. my order was two happy meals and one burned big Mac👎🏿

Im always missing something. This time, I bit my mcchicken just to pull out a hair out of my mouth! Almost threw up. Obviously I can't finish my food now. Dont order on the app. They always somehow cancel the order, and I never get my refund back. Once im there, im forced to reorder and repurchase the same food, so technically, I pay twice for the same food! It's a scam!

They are the Champion of the worst service. I went today Sep 28th to pickup 2 paid orders placed on the app and the dispatcher didn't sell me an additional Large coffee because he said I'm only allowed to two orders per car. Sorry but it doesn't make sense. They want me to go around again to the drive-thru for a coffee. I understand that if the drive thru was busy or at least a car were behind me, I should have considered other people's time but it wasn't the case. The drive thru was empty. I told the guy at the window and still very unprofessional to solve a simple petition for a simple coffee. I' not coming back to this place no more and I don't recommend this fast food location. Safe yourself a bad moment.
