  I ordered a jr burger and diet limeade. It’s been 20 mins and still isn’t ready. And I ordered 5 minutes before I arrived so it would be ready when I got here….. Update: 30 minutes abd still waiting. Tried to pick up inside to help speed things along. No one at the register and had to wait a while only to be told it’s not ready and they’ll bring it out. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant at this point…

  Not a enough workers to man the station. Late response to bell on work station. No Happy Hour signage - verbal HH menu shortened. Was overcharged for my drink and food - I had to do the math for them to fix the issue. Management needs better signage, consistent rules and better training for staff.
