  I regularly come here to work and refill my drinks through the Sip Club membership. The dining area is well-equipped with outlets, the pick-up station is clearly visible, and the lighting is pleasant. The bathrooms are clean, with soap available. However, there are some issues: the men's toilets are often unclean with a moldy, unpleasant odor; the furniture is outdated and deteriorating; staff responses can be inconsistent, sometimes ignoring customers; music tends to be loud; and the dining area can be dusty, with dirt and debris—particularly in the cushions of the leather chairs at the front. Occasionally, the cold food is overpriced and I feel no need to spend a lot on menu items beyond the beverage I get.

  I have went to this Panera a few times to study, when I do I always buy food regardless because I don't want to freeload even though it's a public space. Today I brought my friend with me but before hand we grabbed matcha at another store because Panera doesn't offer that. When I sat my stuff down one of the employees, maybe it was a manager told me I couldn't have food from other establishments inside. I told him I planned to buy food there and just needed to set my things down. He said that doesn't matter, we can take it outside. Today is super windy and there were no outlets outside so I explained to him that it's super inconvenient. He said it doesn't matter. I said "so you're asking me to throw away the drink I bought" he said "no I'm telling you to take it outside" I didn't wanna repeat myself so I ended up leaving. Im super upset right now because I've always came here but I truly do not feel comfortable there anymore after that interaction. Now I have to take my time to write this review so maybe it doesn't happen again, because now I have to go find somewhere else to take my business which is just wasting my time when I could have been starting on my school work.

  Great place to have a peaceful meal with family. Quite restaurant.

  Don't order the Dubai cookie it is a third of the size of the other cookies and the same price.
