  This happens a lot where they mess up your order at this place I asked for 2 meal deals with no onion no pickle no mustard light ketchup and then an additional one with no onions and I come home 20 min away bite into a burger with extra onion on top and bottom and my son bites into his tha I specifically said no pickle with pickles. So he said call I call and they said to comeback and they replace that one burger by this time I’m half thru the burger scrapped the onion in disgust and they want me to take the half ate burger to them so I can get one replaced are you serious with gas prices this high you want me to go back to replace one burger and you want the half ate one in order to raplace their mistake what if I was allergic to onion was I gonna have to come back from hospital with the burger to get the issue resolved Cecilia needs to do better at customer service

  Workers are very inattentive , shouldn’t haven’t to wait like 5 minutes to go to the restroom, I understand things get busy. But since they added kiosks, the inside of the restaurant borderline doesn’t exist to McDonald’s workers anymore. Foods great because McDonald’s food system is great, but gahhh leeeee, I and others have stuff to do we come here to eat good food and leave.

  They ignore customers in the lobby! I tried to order from the kiosk and noticed the lobby had about four DoorDash Drivers waiting on their orders. 10 minutes goes by and they're still waiting, I walk up to the counter and noticed they're ignoring everyone in the lobby and only focusing on people in the drive-thru. One guy tried to get an employee's attention, the employee just walked away.

  I don't normally rate McDonald's. Unless it was that poor of a experience. I'm rating this 1 for 5star service. Staff was respectful responsive and accurate. Clean clean facilities and dinning area. This shown even the kitchen area would be also.
