  Submitted an online order at 7pm on a Saturday night. It charged my card & I arrived to see the place locked up with all the lights off. Total scam do not order from this place unless you wanna get robbed of $15 & get nothing in return as well as waste your gas driving over.

  Unfortunately this location has seen the biggest fall from grace I’ve personally ever witnessed for a fast food spot. There’s always only one, unfriendly & incompetent staff running the store most times which makes sense why none come inside to sit and dine. Prices are too outrageous on an 8 inch sub for a high schooler to even afford so I don’t know why employees here are always so miserable (only ever see adults picking up from here now…? Why the attitude as if you’ve dealt with high schoolers for anything more than lunch rush) :/ Hire some younger more competent individuals, with at least a hint of social skills please. The older, unfriendly gentlemen wearing refusing to acknowledge customers while still fearfully hiding behind his Covid mask doesn’t like to do his job Sorry to be a Karen, this store was ran decently from 2016-2019, today’s representation however is a complete embarrassment in comparison unfortunately Save your hard earned money and visit other locations till they put real effort into upping their game here

  Shrinkflation is at it again!! Cost me $11 for a sandwich with the thinnest piece of French bread I've ever seen and a whopping single slice of turkey for my sandwich. I wasn't aware we were in a turkey shortage, because the amount of meat for the price is pathetic. This will be my first and last time going to JJ's. Stop being so stingy on your sandwiches!
