  Bryers Strawberry ice cream carton was slimy from something. The ice crereference had melted and was refrozen. Not good.

  Whoever is in HR must have a mandate to only hire the rudest, nastiest people they can find. Never disappointed in finding employees there who are rude, condescending and ignorant. There is a new hall monitor, 60's brown hair female, there who is obsessed. I mean obsessed with patrolling the self check isle & openly berating people who commit a crime, the crime? To check out more than, wait for it, 15 items! Oh the horror. Was there the other day hardly any people in store (no one shops there anymore due to rude people, dirty store, unstocked shelves) the 1, yes one check out had a line, only 2 people in 6 of self serves, so it was not busy I am quick on self serve & yes I admit I broke Vons law and was checking out over 15 items. Always checking to make sure I was not holding up anyone, NO ONE CAME BEHIND ME - THEN HERE SHE FLIES IN the self serve isle police woman could'nt wait. She seemed to be full of glee to be able to scold me about my horrible infraction of checking out more than 15 items. I believe she was disappointed she didn't get to me until I was done so she couldn't physically make me go to a cashier. So all she could get was verbally berating me hands on hip, only thing missing was a whip! YEESH lady calm down OK now the only part that I have an issue with. All of the above I could care less, people like that stew in there own juices, I have no time for them. But This part I do. As I was leaving she made sure she was standing at the end of the exit isle & I would have to pass her. Her parting comment verbatim "have a good day if you can" I'm sorry, what gives you the right to be ignorant & condscending to me, a customer, who is doing nothing & has said nothing to you to warrant any kind of rude remark from AN EMPLOYEE, AN EMPLOYEE!!! what happened to this world when I am shopping in an establishment spending my money to support your bosses business and you, his employee, feel justified to treat me like crap because I checked out more than 15 items in the self serve isle? I wasn't rude to you, in fact I didn't say anything to you except to answer that I usually do to you rude comment. Get some help honey & I strongly suggest the owner get some employees who appreciate the customers are the ones paying their salaries. This isn't the first rotten experience I've had, or I've had people tell me about. Like the other times Ill just go elsewhere to shop until I can clear the bad taste out of my mouth

  Check the clearance section today folks meat was left to oxidize all night so there will be good marinated options and other great grillers!
