    Had to wait to have order remade bc my pick up order was given to someone else. Staff was very accommodating, but it took a bit of time for them to recognize their mistake after looking for my order. Mistakes happen and they rectified everything as quickly as they could. Edited to add: they got my order wrong, while I appreciate the attention to provide a coupon and the swap for deserts when they couldn't find the coupon, I just wanted my nachos.

    Normally not bad but tonight I had to wait for 15 minutes to get to the squawk box when there was only 1 car in front of me. Then once I got there I had to wait another 8 for the operator to come back to me. Meanwhile the inside was empty. I would think maybe they were understaffed but I hear 2-3 people inside talking. Luckily it didn't take long for them to make my food but the point of fast food is that ideally you are in and out in under 10 min.
