  I get tons of Subway coupons in the mail every month, and they’re usually only valid for a short time. I eat at different Subway locations near my house, and they’ve always honored coupons that were expired by a week or two, especially when they’re the exact same ones still coming in the mail. Not this location. I was in the area doing my taxes and stopped in for lunch. The coupons I had in my car expired five days ago, and they refused to honor them at the register, after the sandwiches were already made. I understand not accepting coupons that are months expired, but less than a week? Especially when the same coupons are currently sitting in my mailbox at home? That just seems unreasonable. I ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s instead and paid half the price. There’s no way I’m paying full price at Subway. Disappointing experience.

  First of all I pre-ordered my sandwich 2 hrs before pickup. I received a notification that it was ready. I stopped by to pickup on my way to work and it hadn't even been started. When he made it he seemed confused about what ingredients go on the sandwich. The only change I made was extra condiments. I didn't order any additional items that wasn't as advertised. He didn't make my sandwich as ordered and had to direct him on how I ordered it. Wouldn't you think the man (possibly owner) should know how to make their posted sandwiches? Not!! The second time I went the same thing happened. Terrible Subway on Edinger and Edwards in HB.

  Don’t allow orders if you’re running out of a specific bread, 1 pm in the afternoon when your store closes at 8 PM. Very rude employee randomly confronted me soon as I walk in to pick up my order (mind you I’m completely on time, didn’t enter the store till my app said ready for pick up greeted the dude with a smile 😃) saying “oh blah blah I called you two times!” 😡-I didn’t even bother arguing with him because I didn’t want to hold up the customer behind me! If you can barely speak and understand what I am saying, maybe don’t confront me and rush me over the bread…? You didn’t even tell me what was left. You made me look like a slow moron in front of the kind old man behind me-your customer service is terrible, throwing in a one or two “sirs” while you condescend to a customer won’t get earn you any tips 🥱 Weird male employee who worked 1:00 pm 10/22
