The managers said they didn't do the promotion i had to wait in the store 2 times it said it took my points but not the deal I waited 20 minutes finally got tired and did the mobile order and guess what it works just fine but the code doesn't ring up properly but yeah this visit was unprofessional and can't really eat my food because im to worked up from stress also said the promotion also works in LA also through away my receipt so I couldn't report them to corporate apparently wouldn't let me without store number and something else the receipt had.. i hope corporate reads this they didn't even remotely try to compensate for screwing up 2 times instead telling me wait the 13 minutes until it refreshed then same thing happens and it repeats they screw up and they make you do the work to fix their problems if this place can't take responsibility please find management who can please and thank you the ones working there are seriously hurting your name

very annoyed and frustrated with my experience today. the line was long and i had already waited 20 mins in line just to get two incorrect drinks. one was a blue raspberry and they handed me a red one so i nicely corrected her and it was fixed but was very unfriendly and did not apologize at all. i also ordered an unsweetened tea and when i took a sip it was a sweet tea. i had already left the drivet thru and i had to drink all the way back. i was very frustrated on how they messed up 2 drinks which were the only two things i had ordered and i had to go back in line and wait another 20 mins and then again, no apology whatsoever was received for this.
