- LPLinda PanDec 29, 20251.0I tried to place an order on 12/25 Christmas Day via app since I was not sure if the store was open. The order was accepted so I paid and drove there to pickup my order. However, when I got there, the door was locked, no one was there and it was closed. So I checked The next day it’s open and I decided to go to the store to see how they could help me with that. I talked to different people about what had happened and then a lady (maybe the manager or supervisor) said that the money and the points I redeemed will be back to me in 24hrs. I was not even asked any information about the order number or the detail then … So a few days has passed as of now I still haven’t gotten anything back to me… I don’t understand why the order was accepted if the store was closed? ? called them again but no one answered and never got back to me. No matter what, at least they need to be honest to customers. I have the order details and will be more than happy to provide them when they reach out to me.

It’s really dirty!, slide smells like pee and it’s really sticky, the floors have like sand or dirt idk what it is, restrooms don’t even have soap. And it smells really bad. If you are thinking of bringing your kids here skip it. (Employees do not clean this area) Also the slide has some cracks with a whole bunch of dirt and a ecosystem in there 🤢🤢🤮

We usually go to the one more down beach like past Yorktown cause it has a playground for my son... But this one's service and food making is a lot better... Lol
