  Said they’re open till 9 but got turned away at 7:05. I wouldn’t leave 1 star but because of the attitude from the older gentleman there I had to.

  This Jimmy John’s said they ran out of bread for the large subs so they made my order with the skinny rolls. It really was ridiculously small and didn’t taste good. They wouldn’t remake the sandwiches say the hot rolls were just baked couldn’t be use the rolls came out of the oven when I walked in. What restaurant thinks it’s ok to just make different sandwiches and the customer will be satisfied with them? All they had to do was wait for the rolls to be finished baking. I’m giving this restaurant the lowest review I can. The sandwiches were crap and a rip off. The service was bad they wouldn’t just step up and remake the order. 👎 just go to a different restaurant. There’s others everywhere.

  This location was by far the worst experience I’ve had. On 8/22 in the evening, the employee who helped us was extremely rude. As I walked in, she repeatedly shook her head in frustration—about six times—while preparing our food. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that our chicken wraps were not even made as ordered. They were completely wrong. I’ve always enjoyed Jimmy John’s, but unfortunately I won’t be returning to this location. The food itself is good, but the employee experience completely ruined it.

  So this Jimmy John was out of the French rolls to make my sandwiches. But instead of waiting and telling me they used those little skinny rolls for the kids sandwiches. I paid full price for the large sandwich and got these little ones with next to nothing on them. Customer service was bad instead of offering to remake them they just kept saying they didn’t have the rolls but as I entered the store fresh rolls were pulled out. lol then he says they were too hot to use😂. I took this picture compare it to the mayonnaise packet. I’m so mad about the customer service the most. Want to contact the owner he/she should know.

  Used to really love Jimmy Johns. Now i just really like it. The best part, the bread, remains the same. Unfortunately, the amount of filling has decreased so much it's not easy to tell what it even is in a blind taste test. They used to look like the picture, but now there is so little filling it's 95% bread. Good thing the bread is so delicious. Sometimes I take them home and add more filling
