I also blame the Uber delivery driver as well, but the restaurant should make sure the food they give the driver is correct. The first time this happened I had to drive to the restaurant later that evening to pickup my food. The second time this happened a week later I was charged for food, but never received it. To top it off Uber eats would not refund my money. Very poor customer service from El Pollo Loco, and Uber eats has turned out to be stealing from their customers.
