    I was met at the counter by Jacquelyn, who seemed to be the manager, as she was multi-tasking easily. She got my order correct, repeated it back to me, making sure all was understood. Jacquelyn Asked about rewards, and quickly signed me up, saving me $3 off a large order. 5 minutes later I was out the door with a double bagged order of hot food. I was thanked by the counter staff when leaving. I will for sure be a frequent flyer of this El Pollo Loco. Jacquelyn Deserves a star today. Thanks Guys.
