  The team was welcoming and nice, I was overwhelmed with it being my first time but they walked me through the menu. I will definitely be back.

  I’ve been holding off on writing a review, but after multiple bad experiences at this Cava, I’m honestly done. The first time I went, the cashier — an older lady with red hair — practically forced me and everyone behind me to leave a review in exchange for free stuff. That’s such a strange bribe for a company, and it made me super uncomfortable. She wasn’t even working — she just stood there doing nothing while pushing the review on me. The second time, they were out of almost everything, and the lentils were hard, so I asked for my bowl to be remade. I was literally standing there for about five minutes with no help, even though the same cashier was right in front of me and didn’t even look at me once. Eventually, an employee — I think her name was Jaylen, stepped in and helped me. She was the only one who acknowledged me, remade my bowl, and apologized, and I appreciated her for that. The most recent time, a young boy was basically running the entire line by himself, while the manager stood there on their phone complaining about wanting to go home. It was unprofessional, unfair, and honestly awkward to watch. On top of everything, the food is never consistent — the lentils are always hard, the rice is undercooked, and the service keeps getting worse. if I could give a 0 star I would.

  I love this place. Good food, people, and just the energy. Devonna was very helpful with working with me figuring out my order. She is awesome and you can tell it’s rubbed off on the other staff. 5 star experience and 5 stars for Devonna!

  My first time in here, I had no idea what was what. The food was excellent but the staff was more than rude. Not a single hi or welcome and when you ask a question they point to the menu, Acted irritated that i didnt know what i wanted because i had no idea what they offer. since i had never been in one of these chains before.

  The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The place was super clean, and the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. Emma was really helpful and informative. I’ll definitely be coming back!
