  This restaurant more people should go to it The food's amazing The amount of food they give you as well The dining atmosphere is amazing as well It has so many things to look at on the walls from back in the old days in Italy and the service was great too and they have some good spaghetti and meatball days that you can get 50% off on them I mean the food is great you got to try it

  LOVE our waitress (I'm sorry I forgot her name). Was a surprise for me, but I guess they stored my and my twin's birthday cakes in their fridge for us and brought it out at the end of our meal to set up, light candles, and sing for us. It was so cute. Favorite birthday dinner spot

  I need to discuss several complaints. 1. The Elevator was broken. My Mom uses a cane and struggles very much with stairs. This was a pretty major issue for her. How long has your elevator been broken and when will it be repaired? 2. The women’s bathroom was mess. It needed to be cleaned and there were no paper towels. 3. We wanted to get the QUATTRO AL FORNO and the Chicken Cannelloni was unavailable. We ordered the PROSCIUTTO STUFFED CHICKEN and when our food arrived were told the PROSCIUTTO STUFFED CHICKEN was out and then was told by the waitress that we were getting the large CHICKEN PARMIGIANA. I explained to her we had said the small and to let us think about it. We did end up ordering the CHICKEN PARMIGIANA small. We had come for our dinner earlier and was amazed you were out of so many items. I overheard the waitress then tell another table they were out of the CHICKEN LIMONE. 4. We ordered the ITALIAN SAUSAGE mild. We received the Spicy. We told the waitress that it was spicy and it almost seemed as if she did not believe me. I finally took a slice that you could clearly see the chili specks in it. And she finally took it off the menu. 5. When she brought our drinks she brought an extra Pepsi which we did not order. It sat at the table the entire time never drank. When we got the check the Pepsi was on the check. 6. The waitress. It is hard to explain. She did service us a lot, but was to pushy. And overbearing. She very hard pushed the Larges and part of me almost thinks she purposely added and gave that Pepsi, but that is crazy so I am assuming was just a mistake. 7. Finally I noticed as I was typing this and looking over everything that the waitress highlighted and circled the highest tip amount (22%) on the receipt. WHAT THE HECK. This is not her choice. We decide what we tip. Thank you Plus have been reaching out to Customer service and management for a month now with no response.

  Our first family visit to Buca di Beppo was, without exaggeration, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Despite being the only few customers in the building, we were treated with total indifference and, eventually, blatant disrespect. The issues began immediately, it took 15 minutes to get drinks because our waitress was allegedly "chasing down customers who didn't pay." Things went downhill when we were told they were out of meatballs for our Family Meal. After we declined a sausage substitution, a manager approached us. She was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes at our concerns, and dismissively told us she was giving us sausages anyway. Her "solution" was a $5 discount, which she didn't even honor on the final bill. To top it off, the food arrived 45 minutes later, cold and flavorless. We were never offered refills, and the waitress only reappeared to drop the check. This manager needs immediate retraining; her attitude will drive customers away. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually value your business.
