We were celebrating a special occasion and arrived at 8:55 PM, planning to have a quick treat before bedtime. The store hours on Google Maps showed they closed at 10 PM, so we thought we had plenty of time to sit and enjoy our ice cream for about 10–15 minutes. However, right after purchasing our ice cream, the staff told us we had to leave. It was very cold outside, and eating ice cream in my new Tesla with three kids was not ideal. I explained this, but they insisted we leave, claiming there was a sign somewhere about this policy. I didn’t see any notice, and they should have informed us before selling us the ice cream. Instead, the staff rudely opened the door and told us to go. This was especially disappointing as we were trying to celebrate, and the experience was far from enjoyable. Customers deserve more respect and clear communication.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
