  I ordered off the App and was supposed to get a free sandwich with my meal. It didn't happen, it gave me a code but they claimed I did something wrong when ordering. I'm still unsure what the problem was but the manager was very cool about it and gave me the sandwich anyway. Class act considering I was being unpleasant about it

  I work at a senior home and whenever I take the residents to the movies across the street I bring them to Arby’s for lunch. Every time we come here, Hau, one of the employees here is very helpful, very nice and very caring with all of us. He goes above and beyond and brings food to our table, helps with drinks, and makes it a great experience for us. On top of that he holds the door open for our residents and moves chairs around when needed. One of our residents even knows him by name and gets excited to see him because she knows it will be a great experience!

  I love the mozzarella sticks & they're made fresh to order so you get them right out of the fryer (be aware when taking your first bite). *The staff is always professional, helpful, patient and friendly. The place is so clean & seems well taken care of. The food is fresh & served with the right proportions. They have a bell you can ring on your way out if you experienced great service. I always ring it (gently because its a great & loud bell). I recommend the owners add a "tip" option to the card machine & set out a cash tip jar for the staff. They absolutely deserve it 👏 the great customer service is consistent, I've gone there about 10 times & always have the same experience 😊 Fyi there's no drive thru, it's an older building but seems.
