  Went to Buca to celebrate a birthday. We have a newborn and two toddlers at the dinner. We got sat and everything was good for maybe 10 minutes. The waitress took our drink orders and came back with the drinks maybe 20 minutes later. There’s 12 of us so I can understand it takes a while. 15 minutes later she comes to take our food orders. Our food comes out about an hour later. I’m going to give some grace to the staff i’m sure they’re short staffed. The thing is it’s a family style restaurant the food is already made in bulk. We eat our meal, no complaints for food. The waitress goes missing for 45 minutes. As I said in the beginning we have a newborn and two toddlers. We got there at 6 and it’s around 8:30 at this point and the kids are fed up. We finally get our check and leave around 8:50. Not sure how it took 3 hours to have a meal served at a family restaurant. That’s what the entire point is to serve large portions of meals so it can be quicker. Also none of the photographers speak good english and have horrible attitudes.

  Absolutely love this Italian restaurant! The pasta is homemade, and the sauce is bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is top-notch—definitely coming back for more!

  Their service was above and beyond. Definitely had no wait and they were constantly checking up and making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. I’d say very fast and efficient and great attitude when serving. Tina is a very good bartender, made sure I was happy with my drink before she went to check up on other customers.

  We love the Carbonara. Meat balls and the Lasagna are ok. The tiramisu however was a disaster. First time we went few months ago was kind of eatable. The one from April 10th was soo bad that I feel I need to write this review with a hope that they fix the recipe. It was even sour and unpleasant. We had to throw it away Please fix it. We love the place and the environment in the restaurant.

  I recently hosted a very fun and memorable "Milestone" surprise birthday party for 25 guests at this restaurant. I worked with the Events Manager, Katie, throughout the planning process and she was very responsive with each of the many questions I sent to her, and also quite flexible in many of the party details. My guests loved the huge variety of food that was staggered in courses throughout the evening, and the assigned servers gave our group great attention. The restaurant manager checked in with me several times to ensure all was going well. One unexpected detail that I did not anticipate but was very appreciative of, was the roving photographer, Nick, who took fabulous pictures of our party. (He charged on a per-picture basis at the end of the evening.) Finally, the plentiful, free, onsite parking was one more reason I initially selected Buca for this party, as it ensured my evening got off to a great start. I highly recommend this venue for a group gathering if you're looking for a fun, low-stress, great food experience. Thank you Buca for an outstanding job and venue all around!
