- BHBecky HayesApr 14, 20265.0I had an amazing experience at this Albertsons on main and Yorktown in Huntington Beach this week! What turned into a horrible day was saved by an employee working their name. Christine. I had paid for my groceries. Put them in my trunk and when I went to start my car it would not start. Tried several times. Attempting to call AAA and got disconnected. My phone died. Took my groceries out of the trunk. Went back in the store. Found Christine by the self-checkout and explained my situation. She asked me if I had anything in the basket that was frozen. I said yes. She offered to take my bags in the produce locker and keep them cold. She lent me her personal cell phone to call AAA, she then found a phone charger for me and plugged my phone in. At this point. AAA had her number so I just kind of followed her around waiting for them to contact her back. Ending of the story they came out. I got a new battery, got my groceries back and the day was saved, all thanks to an employee who went above and beyond to help me. I have shopped at Albertsons for many years and this is a good example of why besides they're fresh produce. Deli

I asked Kelcie if I could get the sale price since they only had 2? She refused and told me I could get some other flavors which I didn’t want. Seems like poor customer service considering it was only involving $1 and it was not my fault they were out of stock.
