I ordered through the app. Went to pick up my food and was stuck in the drive through line for over twenty minutes. By the time I got to the front, I was informed they'd just stopped serving lunch five minutes ago. I pointed out I had paid for this already and been waiting. I got a shrug. I asked how I could get a refund via the app. Got a shrug and the window closed on me. Again, I don't expect a bouncy, chipper attitude. I am sure the employee had a miserable night. But avoid this place. Even by fast food standard, it's bad. Maybe management could start paying the employees more so they can actually care. I dunno.
