The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone working there was so kind and accommodating. They took the extra time to help guide us with our order and were genrous enought to let us sample the various drinks. The lentil soup and tamarind drink were my favorite but the sambusas and Somali plate were also amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!

Didn’t take any pics of the food because I scarfed it all down, whoops! It was that good. Really enjoyed the short rib, so tender!! Really cute neighborhood spot, lovely owner and knowledgeable staff. I also came here for live music and it was nice!

I was so happy that they had opened a new location since I was a big fan of the original spot in Little Ethiopia. I’m not sure what happened. All they had was a small menu featuring “Native American food” and after the family meal and a bottle of wine I was out the door for $300 fir two and I got a series of totally BS under seasoned dishes. The salad was terrible. Every other dish was mid at best. The ice cream (native American?) tasted from a box. The server seemed to know nothing about the menu or wine. Maybe you go on a day they have decent food it might be better but the value was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend unless they have menu options outside of the theme like they used to. Why would a struggling place choose Native American and then not be able to execute it. Maybe it was educational that the Natives lived without seasoning.

This place is a PERFECT third space. It’s an INCREDIBLE restaurant meets coffee shop meets drop in coworking space. The space is beautiful and the vibes are perfect. They have free wifi and outlets everywhere. 10/10 this will be my every weekday spot
