  I had a great experience at this McDonald’s, and I really want to give a shout-out to the manager, Brittany. You can tell right away when a place is well run, and this location definitely is. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and everything was clean and well organized.

  Ordered 20 pc Chicken Nuggets and was given 9 pc in each box making it 18 pc nuggets.. not sure how they made a mistake..

  My mother was verbally assaulted tonight and threatened by the manager. She refused to provide her name and wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know her name to personally call her out. But she was wearing a managers shirt and was African American. We wanted to order a happy meal. She says they were sold out of the Halloween buckets. We said that was fine we still wanted a happy meal. The lady said no I'm not letting anyone order a happy meal right now. She says it again they were out of buckets. We said okay again we just want the food that come in a happy meal. She became agitated and said no she is refusing to sell us a happy meal. So I said fine just order the food separately a 4 piece and small fries. Then I order some other items. She turned to my mother and said anything for you. My mom said hold on please. She became very rude to my mother at this point. Saying we'll if your not ready why you ordering. Asked her what drink do you want in a condensing tone my mom said I didn't order a drink hold on please. She said no Habla Ingles to my mom. My mom said I speak English please hold on. At that point I said forget it I don't want the order anymore. I told her she was being rude. She proceeded to yell at me and my mom as we walked away. She called my mom a stupid Mexican. Said you dont speak English lady okay no problemo. I turned around and said hey you don't have to be racist. She said she'll be whatever she wants and said she was going to call ice on my mother. I yelled back at her that my mother is an American citizen born and raised and that she was being completely racist. She used some foul language calling us numerous cus words as we walked away. This is completely unacceptable for your employee to be racist to an older woman or anyone for that matter. Several people in the Walmart line filmed the encounter on video and I'm sure it will be all over some sort social media. I gave one lady my email address so she could forward the video of your employee yelling at us that she was calling ice at my mother. And making other racist Mexican comments towards my mother. I'm disgusted. When another person asked her for her name she refused to give it. I will be getting ahold of Any and everyone I can to about this. Utterly disgusting!

  It's a McDonald's inside a Walmart. The staff were quick to fix an issue with my order and the McMuffin and hash browns were both good.
