  EVERY time I order delivery from this store my order gets screwed up. Ordered 15 piece buffalo and garlic parm boneless wings. Somehow they were made plain. Only got $10 back when they cost $15 per order. I'll be going out of my way to the Redlands store from now on.

  For a pizza place that only does pizza you shouldn't run out of simple condiments everyone uses like parmesian cheese. Its a fast food pizza joint that lacks proper inventory control either at the management level or owner level. Pizza overall wasnt that great not sure what they got going on but skeleton crew doesn't do it justice ive had better at Dominos and pizza hut.

  The pizza was alright, but I am not happy that my papa johns mobile tracker tells me that the order is ready for pickup, and upon arrival at the place its still a 10min wait. Will not be ordering from here again when in a hurry to get the pizzas home.

  Skimping on toppings and sauce is not the papa John's way of making pizzas. Papa John's is my favorite but this location gives it a bad representation.

  Ordered for 1pm delivery. I got notice it's on its way at 12:50 then by 1 15 pm I still hadn't gotten my pizza. No they did not call to say they were running late. I called they said it's on its way. 128 pm no pizza called again said she should be there any minute. Finally got pizza at 130 pm. They should have called me ... horrible customer service.
