- PAP AApr 8, 20241.0Horrible experience here! Andrea did not know how to work the orange juice machine so she could not prepare my order that I was charged for! So I asked for a refund! Guess what? She did not know how to refund me either! After spending 30 min here she decided to reach out to her managers! But they were not available. She agreed to have her mangers contact me. Guess what? No one did. I had asked for the managers’s email addresses and send them an email. Guess what? No one responded to my email. I called the store and talked to Christian and he agreed to give me an orange juice. I went to the store and he said! I made it for you already. I tasted it and it tasted SO terrible! It was either old or the oranges were bad! This is unbelievable! Can’t imagine jamba juice had such horrible service!
