  Every time (been there 3 times)that I make an order is always wrong. I ask for no cheese all the time because I’m allergic and I have thrown away my bagel away and today wasn’t the exception. Previous times I didn’t wanted to write a review because I thought that maybe the cookers would get confused but today I read my receipt and the cashier did not even bother to write no cheese.

  I visited this location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The server, Savannah, was very unfriendly and came across as rude. The overall atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, which made it hard to enjoy our visit. I understand everyone has off days, but customer service really impacts the experience. I hope management can address this so future guests have a more welcoming visit. The food overall was just OK. we definitely will not be returning to this location.

  I loved Einstein bagels in SF but this branch here sucks. The bagel wasn’t even cooked. Go somewhere else for bagels pls. Bad branch of Einstein bros.

  Placed an online when location was closed, I called to get a refund and was helped immediately and curtiously. Great customer service.

  It was okay but we got a messed up order. Ordered a egg, bacon and cheddar bagel but there was no bacon
