  Always misses items in orders there is a sticker telling you what to put in the bag and you still manage to mess it up. Took an uber home only to find out you missed my food in the bag. 4 items and it’s too difficult. Calling to say coming back and no answer called five times. Unbelievable

  If you think every Taco Bell is the same you couldn’t be more incorrect! For instance the Taco Bell in Eagle Rock is total trash; the chips taste like they were fried in part oil, part disinfectant spray—the spot has “low vibrations” in that meta way (like a west side person would say). The HLP Taco Bell is by far my favorite in LA—I will go out my way to get food from here (although I do live down the street…). 99% of the time they crush my wild veggie modifications and everything is consistent and super tasty. Plus the people who work here seem to have a sweet work community and are really nice to customers and each other. Taco Bell has always by far been the best fast food chain for veggies and I’ve got no shame admitting among my foodie friends how much I adore Taco Bell, but particularly THIS store. Thank you HLP Taco Bell for making my weird vegetarian visions come to life! Y’all are artists! P.S. the Taco Bell at Santa Nella on the 5 is also an all-star location. P.P.S. Del Taco is dumb unless it’s the Barstow Del Taco.

  Aita was so pleasant at the drive thru. Noticeably kind, polite and could tell she was just smiling as she was talking. That’s so rare to find these days. The smile was contagious. My tacos were solid tonight too!

  1) it took twenty minutes to make just one cheesy bean rice burrito. 2) they didn't grill this burrito, but I asked them and it's was cold. 3) They didn't let me use the restroom, cause it was closed. So juat open it! But they told me to go inside to pick up order. I go inside from drive thru and picked up immediately. Before I waited in the car 10 minutes. So stupid actions. It is the worst Taco Bell I've ever seen in my life. But I've seen a lot.
