- JVJossue VegaAug 25, 20252.0Food: 5/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 I will keep this short and simple. I grew up in Highland Park and still remember the old owners for the store since I was a kid. This is just a Baskin Robbins, it does not reinvent ice cream and you are getting exactly what you are paying for. What really stands out, however, is how disappointing the customer service has been. My wife and son enjoy stopping by in the evenings, but the three young ladies working during that time provide some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. I understand it can get busy but that is no excuse to not greet customers, acknowledge someone waiting for a pickup order, or at the very least check in to let people know they will be helped soon. All of them seem to be clocking in for the hours they are there for and could not care in the least if you aren't happy with your order. As I mentioned at the start, it is just ice cream and nothing extraordinary, but the service here absolutely leaves much to be desired, especially considering the prices being charged.

Does Baskin-Robbins have gluten-free options?
Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
