This is just a Baskin Robbins, it does not reinvent ice cream and you are getting exactly what you are paying for. What really stands out, however, is how disappointing the customer service has been. My wife and son enjoy stopping by in the evenings, but the three young ladies working during that time provide some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. I understand it can get busy but that is no excuse to not greet customers, acknowledge someone waiting for a pickup order, or at the very least check in to let people know they will be helped soon. All of them seem to be clocking in for the hours they are there for and could not care in the least if you aren't happy with your order. As I mentioned at the start, it is just ice cream and nothing extraordinary, but the service here absolutely leaves much to be desired, especially considering the prices being charged.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
