  I was there 5minutes ago and I bought two spicy chickens and a Large Sprite and they were really old hard and burn. I call the store and he said my order while I was on the phone with him and then he asked me for my receipt and then he said I need the sandwich back. Which that’s not the problem but he didn’t give me the receipt and he never apologized. Why do you want to work if you can’t take care of customers knowing that you have a job because we buy food from this business.

  Came to this location to get the promotion of the free fries and Frosty that is posted everywhere on the Internet, including when you click on their address. It was turned away and told that it ended at 4 PM. Yet it is still currently promoted on their website and for their specific location. Scam advertising.

  We enjoyed our frosties. I wasn't able to open up my app until the transaction was completed. I asked if they could honor it anyway. It was set to expire that day. I was told no because the one person that could do it had just walked the door. I left. However, I don't understand how the manager there at the time would not be able to issue someone a refund. The offer in the app was for a free 6-piece with purchase. It wasn't that serious. I would have just given the customer the nuggets. Just saying.
