One of their workers convince me that their sandwiches are better than Walmart’s, which I have been hooked on. From one sub alone, I decided to leave my Walmart sub for Subway’s.

Missing one of the sandwiches, given someone else's sandwich. Returned to get the sandwich that was ordered and paid for. Alex was so unprofessional and rude. He just kept smirking, never apologized for giving us the wrong food and seemed to find it funny that we had to come back because of his mistake. Contacted corporate and they blew it off. Avoid Subway, no customer service at any level.
