So this is the first I’ve heard of a McDonalds not using the app. As a former employee/ department manager if I see the persons code & app working but the code isn’t, we all know there is a promo tab where you can apply the discount for 1.69 any size fry manually. Especially if you claim to be a manager working the window at 10:18pm. ridiculous but it’s alright I just had to inform cooperate and ask for a refund.
