  The food is very so ever rare made correctly, I live up the street and this is my go to mc Donald’s because I’m not driving any further for a Mcdoanlds, I’ve had soo many incorrect orders here and every time I let them know or go back for the correct order they either have attitude , look like they don’t wanna do their job, and avoid you to the fullest when you come to front counter, they then go to have you use the kiosk ( which chargers more some people don’t know that ) it’s so frustrating how they INSIST for the kiosk to be used. The ONLY time I EVER had fresh food here was I wanna say a month or two ago they had their higher ups inside their store and wow will I say they all of a sudden knew customer service, knew how to make a sausage mc muffin fresh with out burnt bread ( like they always do ) . Today I’m complaining because they forgot my 2 strawberry pies after placing the Big Mac bundle with this order. I come back after work, and they’re sold out now I’m left to wait till the next day. The ONLY person who ever looks like they enjoy what they do and give the greatest customer service here is Alex very kind, patient , greats with a smile, and always ask if I need anything else . HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to him for always going above and beyond with his customer service. He deserves the recognition!

  To the store manager MELODY shame on you !!! The person that took my order , if yiu dont like your job quit!!! As soon as I get ready to pay for my order i notice I was incorrect!! The cashier said well you have to get in line an re order, (why was i going to pay for an order that’s not mine?) so the she says oh I found your order , with foul attitude and rolling her eyes she says “ next time speak louder and clear because you sound like a child” wow seriously, so I get my order and and I notice that the food was incorrect again, I speak to MELODY “the manager “ she said that I should try to be nicer to the cashier and maybe I won’t get a bad order” seriously?? This. Was a shame! I lost my appetite… I left

  No customers was there and they refused to take my order. The manager told me to go to the kiosk to order. Then when I did order a sausage egg mcmuffin with no cheese they gave me one with no egg. This McDonald's was terrible!

  I asked the girl who handed me my food for some ketchup and was gonna follow up with a sweet and sour as well when she cut my off with some attitude saying "check the bag" and closed the window i waited for the windows to open and ask for the sweet and sour she said nothing but rolled her eyes and went to get it when she came back with one that was punctured which seems like a nail imprint. Super unprofessional like I always say if you don't like your job find a new one don't take it out on everyone that's enjoying life.
